If the holder does not function correctly after fitting, there are a number of options that can be tried to resolve these issues, all options are explained in the retrofit update video. If you unfortunately fall into the 15% of cases where this install does not function correctly even after trying the adjustments, we can only offer that you return the item for a full refund.
